Goethe Chocolate Factory was founded by Karin Finger who left her job in the corporate world to pursue her dream of opening a chocolate factory to produce finest chocolates, truffles and fresh jams.

The business started with just two employees cooing high quality jams and chutneys for Five-Star Hotels and gourmet dealers. As demand increased for the products the Goethe Chocolate Taler® and Goethe Cakes®, were launched.

In our second year, we are constantly adding to our product range to meet the increasing demand in new flavour combinations and taste sensation experiences. 

We know you are looking for new and exciting products to make buds tingle which is why we're building on our existing products of Goethe Truffles®, chocolates and chocolate spreads to create new and exciting flavours in our products.

In 2007 we opened our Chocolate Store in Leipzig. Here you can experience the delights of watching our expert chocolatiers as they create our chocolates, truffles, chocolate spreads, hot chocolates and other chocolate specialties.

The business has come a long way since it was first launched. There are now twelve employees, lall committed and passionate about creating delicious jams, mouth watering chutneys, chocolates and truffles for over forty Five-Star Hotels and gourmet dealers.
