Vitamin-packed and sun-kisses jams

All our jams are freshly cooked with at least 70 per cent pure fruit. To get an excellent tasting jam and great texture we use small copperheads. To ensure our jams leave you wanting more, we only use fseasonal fresh fruits or deep frozen. All our jams are cooked using pectin and are  boiled down in the oven in order to make them nonperishable.

Our range of jams includes more than 90 different kinds and goes from a pure strawberry jam to a strawberry jam spiced up with Balsamico, ginger or a double layer jam. There are no limits in our creativity and imagination. Strawberries combined with white chocolate delivers a noble taste with the fruitness of the jam blending beautifully with sweetness of melted white chocolate.

We enjoy the challenge and excitement of creating new and interesting flavours. If you have a special recipe or a secret desire for green tomato jam, litchi jam with blueberries, an exotic taste like banana pineapple jam with rum or how about a pure sour cherry jam, we can help you to create this taste sensation.
